Welcome Amigos!
As early childhood educators and native Spanish speakers, we have a passionate commitment to promote the Hispanic language, traditions and culture in our young children.
Philosophy
We strongly believe in enriching children’s lives in an engaging, welcoming, and nurturing learning environment while watching other developmental areas such as cognitive, physical, emotional, language, social and fine growth motor skills. ALL, with the great bonus of guiding, and teaching our students solely in Spanish.
What makes us different?
- A Creative and unique curriculum with age appropriate themes and activities. All en Español, from the minute they walk in (hola) to the moment they leave (hasta luego amigos!).
- Twice a year student evaluation, to monitor the students learning progress by adding more vocabulary as they build up their knowledge.
- Parent-teacher conferences and class presentations twice a year. This gives us an opportunity show families some of the many activities, songs, vocabulary, and questions their children can respond to.
- Regular newsletters to keep families informed of our monthly class curriculum and share pictures and short video clips of their kids in action.
At Welcome Amigos, we strongly believe each child is unique and should be treated with patience, understanding, respect, and care.
